Micronucleus terminate in t-loops, though the minichromosomes in its macronucleus lack t-loops and therefore are basically capped by a tenacious binding protein. One could argue that the minichromosomes usually are not real chromosomes, given that they deficiency centromeres and they are not handed all the way down to progeny.
